Indecent Liberty with a minor can mean many things but usually is reserved for those people who have had sexual contact with a child short of having had raped the child. It is a felony crime in most states.

This isn't an answer but do sometimes "kids" are 17 and their boyfriend/girlfriend have sexual contact does that 18 year old still get an INDECENT LIBERTY MINOR?
