What Does The Shadow In Liver Mean?

I'm 54 and have Anal Cancer, Hep B, Hep C, HIV, my right hand is paralyse.a large shadow was found on my liver last week. My liver has been in pain for months and is getting more painful. I have a permanent colostomy bag. What should I do I'm terrified close to the point of suicide. HELP me please ASAP. Regards Trev Doig
