The names of the JLS band members are Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold, JB Gill and Oritse Williams.
Marvin
Marvin was born on the 18th March 1985, in England. Now that the band have broken up, Marvin has begun hosting the popular TV show 'TheVvoice', and is also an actor, DJ and radio presenter.
Fun Fact: Marvin was bullied at school for wearing glasses!
JB
JB was born on the 7th December 1986. He lived in Antigua for 5 years and this is where he first found his musical talent. After leaving JLS he has started a solo career and recently got married and had a baby.
Fun Fact: He used to focus most of his free time on rugby, but gave this up in order to pursue his career in music.
Aston
Aston was born on the 13th February 1988, and as well as being a singer, he is also a TV personality and songwriter. Since leaving the band he has become the judge on the TV show Got to Dance, as he is also a talented dancer.
Fun fact: Aston has his friends face tattooed on his arm in remembrance of her, as she died in a car crash a few years ago.
Oritse
Ortise was born on the 27th November 1986. He was the founder of the band, and was the one that contacted the other members and let them try out and become a member. He now owns his own record company.
Fun fact: When he formed the band, he originally wanted it to be called UFO, but there was already a band with the same name, so they went for JLS.
