Subtle prejudice is a mild prejudice which is barely noticeable. For example, say that a black woman sits next to a racist white man and he moves over slightly, pretending to get comfortable in the seat. He's prejudice, but only showing it slightly.

Blatant is when you are doing it on purpose so that the person knows it.
