When you are writing an application letter for a training course there are a few things that you need to consider.

• Firstly you are going to have to have a clear idea of what it is that you are going to include within the letter, you need to present yourself in the best light possible and to do this you need to present yourself in the best way possible. It is a good decision to ensure that you use formal language but are able to keep it as friendly as possible so you do not come across as rude or arrogant.
• You will also need to include why you want to apply for the training course. It may be something that you have always been interested in and have studied for throughout your education. You need to try and make yourself sound as passionate as possible to ensure that you are going to give the best impression to the course leader.
• It may also be a good idea to include what the course can do for you. The training course that you have chosen may lead you onto the job that you have always wanted to do and it may open new doors for you. It is always good to include why the course can take you when it is finished and how you are going to use all of the different skills that you will have learnt.
• Finally you must include what you think you are going to be able to bring to the course that no one else will. It is all well and good saying what it can do for you, but what can you do for the course? Are you going to bring the team aspect for the training course or are you going to be individual?

The main thing is that you are yourself and try to get your achievements and personality across in the letter.
