The very basic requirement needed for the bounty hunter license in Hawaii is that you must be 18 years old when you apply for a bounty hunting license. If you are above 18 years, then you may apply for the bounty hunter license to the regulatory authority of the Hawaii state. As far as I know you do not need a license to be a bounty hunter in PA. You will however need to know where to find your jobs and you should be familiar with PA laws of arrest and detainment as well as other relevant laws. Well, seeing as I know your copying dog the bounty hunter on this one, I'm not giving you any tips..seeing as all other bail agents fail in both of those states (I live in lakewood, colorado) I can safely assure you that you will not find any jobs in colorado. I'm currently attending a specialty college for exactally that, to be a bail agent. And after I graduate I'm leaving colorado, because buisnes here is slim.
