What you're looking for is probably 'it does not follow' which is 'non sequitur ' it's also a word in english meaning: 1. Logic. An inference or a conclusion that does not follow from the premises. 2. A statement containing an illogical conclusion. It's pronounced just as it looks

Nothanks' answer is correct, but a translation of  the command "Do not follow" would be "noli sequi".
