Learning is relatively permanent change in behaviour that occurs as a result of practice or experience. While , maturation is the completion of growth and development within the organism.,
learning is acquired and maturation is inborn,
learning depends on maturation,
changes due to growth or maturation are not learning.

When you learn something and use it to make things better for yourself and others around you, some people nerver mature past a certain relm in life no matter how much information that is out there in the world it is like they are stuck in a certain place and can not advance to new heights, sometimes it takes a change of environments for some th change or put to use what they have been taught others just function and get by but never advance....good luck..In essence the two go hand and hand maturation=fully developed...Learning=lesson,or knowledge acquired by instructions...with the two together one should be a well rounded person.....
