AKASH is an acronym which stands for Ancient Keys for Attaining Success and Happiness.

It is a course which is taught online by a number of different institutions, and encourages people to look at their life and find ways to overcome difficulties in order to find peace and happiness.

The courses seem to last for 6 weeks usually, and are taught through a series of videos, exercises and online discussions.

The idea of AKASH originates from Paramhansa Yogananda, an Indian yoga master who arrived in the US in 1920.

He described his "mission" as Self-Realisation, which is an holistic approach to getting to know all parts of the body mind and soul.

The courses are relatively inexpensive, starting from around USD$69. You can find out more about how to get involved at the Yogananda Institute website.
