Yes and no.  I do think that you need to have good human relations but I also think you need to think of what inside of you made you successful and how you motivated yourself to become successful and what training you went through to learn what you had to do and achieve to get the job done and to make you successful.  I think what you gain is human relations when you are successful because it is humans that see what you have done and achieved and that gets you more human relations.

It is essential to maintain human relations for a success.We can do it  even by a simple smile;A Chinese proverb says,"A man without a smiling face must not open a shop"."A smile opens more doors than all the efforts you can expand".And it is also vital to be a good listener and talk in terms of other man's interest and make other people feel important...By following this type of relations one can really reach peak with people around them supporting,encouraging and helping in the way to reach the top...

Human relations skills are something you develop and are important in any achievements we may have in life. In other words the development of human relations skills touch all areas of life in a successful way. Of course, what we are inside expands outward, but if not for humans who report back to us. How else would we know or measure our success for ourselves.
