In Latin "What's Mine Is Yours To Make Your Own" is written as "Quis Mei Est Vestri Facio Vestri Own"

and

"What Is Mine Is Yours To Make Your Own" is written as "Quis Est Mei Est Vestri Facio Vestri Own"

I know it because I took a Latin as optional subject and I consulted one of my course book just for your question.

Hope it might help. Have a nice day and enjoy blurting :)
