There's a difference between the two!
Human Act- act of a person employing his reasoning.
Acts Of Man- beyond his freewill or capacity.

A Human act is an act that is considered to be carried voluntarily  and takes a free will decisions this includes freedom,knowledge,where as the act of human is an involuntary action such as ignorance,fear,habits etc.
