Group shift is basically a change in riskiness of a decision. This means that based on your individual decision - your risk decision was A. But after reviewing the groups decision which could be more toward conservatism or greater risk, you will ultimately change your decision based on the majority. Therefore moving from your originally decision to that of the majortiy even though your final answer might be infact different from your own beliefs.
