I'm not sure what you mean by "spiritual" in this case, but I can tell that Logan is a Scottish name derived from a place of the same name in Ayrshire. Thomas is a derived from an ancient Greek word, Didymos, which means "twin." The Greek word itself is probably Aramaic in origin. Hope this helps.
