There are many intelligent people in the world. Albert Einstein, and theres this 2 year old girl in Britain that has an IQ of 154! Albert Einstein's IQ is 160! She is a 2 year old girl and most toddlers are learning thier ABC's, but this girl can already say isosceles! She knows 35 world capitals! Is she smart or what?!?!?! (that is a rhetorical question because the answer is already "yes, she is smart".)

"I am the most intelligent person in the world". This is not what I am saying, this is what one should always keep in his mind that he himself is the most intelligent person in the world. But this is not enough to just keep this simple phrase in the mind, for being the most intelligent, one should always be able to take everything practically rather than emotionally.

I don't think we can at all define intelligence, not even in psychology. So how can anybody measure a quality to figure out the most intelligent among all of us... if we consider the overall responses of an individual we will definitely find he is best at something and worse in the others; and who are we to judge the good and the bad and with respect to whom should we judge?? So there is no physical answer possible for this question.
